PGL Summer Camp

by Belle Farman age 12

PGL is a great way to meet new people, learn new things e.g. Dance, singing, motor sports, horse riding etc. Try things you've never done before like rock-climbing, abseiling, canoeing, archery and lots more.

The food was basic food (so it's alright if you are a bit fussy) but not exactly marvellous.

All the activities are fun and safe but if you choose themed holidays then you get taught by professionals half a day then activities the other half. So you learn new skills as well.

All the instructors of activities, groupies (they are the people who look after your groups) and their bosses are great and friendly.

My favourite bit was, as I did a dance holiday, at the end of the week we did a performance to show what we have been learning all week. My least favourite bit is how we don't get that much free time in between activities and meals and getting up quite early in the morning (around 7-8am).

Altogether PGL is a great way to fill gaps in your holiday and have fun!
