Youth Theatre Groups - 5 To 17 Years

7 Youth Theatre groups offering a unique space in which young people can create quality performance pieces and explore a variety of drama and theatre techniques. Half Moon Youth Theatres embrace an inclusive policy for young people with physical disabilities and sensory impairments, providing access assistance for all groups
Sunbeam Youth Theatre:
school years 1, 2 & 3: Saturdays 11.00am-12.00pm
Moonbeam Youth Theatre:
school years 1, 2 & 3: Saturdays 12.45pm-1.45pm
Venus Youth Theatre:
girls in years 4, 5 & 6: Tuesdays 4.00pm-6.00pm
Jupiter Youth Theatre:
boys in years 4, 5 & 6: Wednesdays 4.00pm-6.00pm
Neptune Youth Theatre:
school years 7, 8 & 9: Tuesdays 6.30pm-8.30pm
Lunar Youth Theatre:

Solar Youth Theatre:

ART
Art Stars: 7-10 years
Tuesday 4.00-6.00pm
Design and create exciting art projects using paint, pencil, video, photography, sculpture, puppets and much more.

DANCE
Work with professionals, learn new moves, create your own street dance routines and perform on stage.
Hoxton Moves: 11-17 years
Thursdays 5.00-7.00pm

LIVE MUSIC
Music Stars: 7-10 years
Mondays 4.30-6.30pm
Music and singing workshop for beginners. A fun introduction to playing instruments and singing, giving a foundation in basic music and vocal skills.

Young Musicians: 10- 17 years
Learn to play keyboards, guitars and drums, develop your musical skills and even start your own band. Create, play and record your own music and perform at gigs throughout the year.

Intermediates: Tuesdays 4-6pm
For those with little to moderate experience of instrumental music playing, who want to build up their skills and confidence.

Advanced: Wednesdays 5-7pm
For those with more experience of playing music, play in a band, record and perform live.

SINGING
Music Stars: 7-10 years
Mondays 4.30-6.30pm
Music & singing workshop for beginners. A fun introduction to playing instruments and singing, giving a foundation in basic music and vocal skills.

Hoxton Voices: 10 – 17 years
Develop your vocal talents and perform in groups, solo and with a band.
Intermediates: Tuesdays 4.00-6.00pm
Develop your vocal skills, sing in a group and perform live.
Advanced: Wednesdays 5.00-7.00pm
Vocal coaching, song writing, recording and performing live.
