Nature reserves in londonThe London Wildlife TrustManages a huge number of reserves, woods and parks. Aiming to protect and enhance the capital's wildlife and increase the enjoyment and appreciation of our natural heritage by everyone who lives, works in or visits London. There is a kid's club for 8-14 year olds with ideas of how to get involved in nature and wildlife projects in London Richmond BoroughRichmond Borough has a World Heritage Site: Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, two Sites of Special Scientific Interest; London Wetland Centre and Richmond Park, which is also a National Nature Reserve and a Special Area of Conservation as well as six Local Nature Reserves: Barnes Common, Crane Park Island, Ham Common, Ham Lands, Leg O'Mutton Reservoir and Oak Avenue Wild WebThis is a site managed by The Mayor of London's Office and gives guidance on locations, events and activities.
